Hatfield Road closed in St Albans after three vehicle collision

Firefighters are currently on their way to the scene to assist in the cutting of a driver/passenger from a car

Hatfield Road in St Albans has been closed after three cars were involved in a collision this afternoon (Wednesday).

Ambulance and police services are currently on the scene, where a red Suzuki, silver BMW, and blue VW crashed at about 12pm.

Fire service are currently on their way to the incident, which occurred near the former St Albans museum, to assist in cutting someone out of one of the cars.

The incident is ongoing.
