A Harpenden road will close tomorrow for essential work to be carried out on gas pipes.
Crabtree Lane will be shut off from 9.30am to allow National Grid engineers to complete the work, but it is unknown how long it will be closed for.
A spokesperson said they will keep people informed with any updates: “National Grid would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to local people and motorists while this essential work takes place.”
