YOUNGSTERS at a Harpenden nursery got a taste of India when they celebrated Diwali, the festival of light, on Monday (November 8).
The three and four year olds at Busy Bees, Leyton Road, had lots of fun learning about Indian culture, according to nursery teacher Chaynika Anderson.
She said: “All the children made clay pot divas. The nursery decked a room with fairy lights for the festival, and party games were organised. A magician also came to entertain the children.”
