TWO exclusive Harpenden roads and one in Radlett have been named in the top ten most expensive streets in the region.
Newlands Avenue in Radlett, where an average house will set you back �2,146,500 came second in the 2011 Mouseprice Street Rankings released on Monday having been ranked third last year.
Park Avenue North in Harpenden was named the fourth most expensive street with an average house price of �2,045,200 while nearby West Common Way – a new entry on the list – followed in fifth with an average home costing �1,929,700.
