A LOCAL accountancy firm has taken the Duchess of York to court over unpaid bills according to a story in the national press today (Thursday).
It is alleged that MJ Brooks in Station Road, Harpenden, took Sarah Ferguson to Central London County Court on Tuesday, June 9, claiming �17,672 for an unpaid bill, �360 in court fees and �100 in solicitors' fees.
The firm told the Herts Advertiser today that it was unable to comment on the reports due to client confidentiality reasons.
