A broken down lorry has caused chaos for commuters battling through rush hour traffic in St Albans this morning (Tuesday).
Giles Cooper, a spokesman for Herts Police, confirmed that a vehicle had broken down at the bottom of Folly Lane, at the traffic lights near the Normandy Road junction at 7.20am.
The road remains closed though Mr Cooper confirmed a recovery vehicle had arrived at the scene at 9.05am and arrangements are underway to reopen it shortly.
