Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a man who is wanted.

Frank Brinkley, aged 52, whose last known address was in Radlett, is wanted in connection with an assault.

He is believed to have links to St Albans and he is known to ride a red and black pedal cycle.

Anyone who sees him, or has any information about his whereabouts, is asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via 101 or report information online at www.herts.police.uk/report quoting crime reference J1/18/2120.
