POLICE have launched an appeal for witnesses following an indecent exposure.
The flasher targeted a 15-year-old girl in Alexander Road, London Colney, on Wednesday, October 20, at 6.50pm.
He was walking toward the victim on the same side of the road when he stopped just in front of her, opened his coat and exposed himself before the girl screamed and ran off.
The culprit is described as an Asian man, aged between 30 and 35 years old, around 6ft 1in tall with a slim build and short black hair with long sideburns. He was wearing a thick dark knee-length overcoat, dark trousers and a white or grey top.
Investigator Nina Garrard from the Local Crime Unit in St Albans said: “I am appealing to anyone who saw the man acting suspiciously in the area or anyone who may recognise him to make contact with police.”
Anyone with information should call non-emergency number on 0845 33 00 222 or, alternatively, call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
