Flasher exposes himself to women in St Albans

A flasher exposed himself to two women in St Albans.

The incident happened at about 8.40pm on Thursday, August 2, while the victims were on St Helier Road in Sandridge.

Herts police are aware and are monitoring the area while enquiries are carried out.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
