A flasher who indecently exposed himself to two women at a St Albans bus stop in broad daylight was quickly arrested afterwards.

The 30-year-old Hemel Hempstead man struck in St Michael’s Street at just before 3.30pm, and was later given a police caution for outraging public decency.

Det Sgt Mark Clawson from the St Albans Local Crime Unit said: “The man did not intend to expose himself. He was very ashamed and didn’t mean to offend anyone.”
