FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze which broke out in a bedroom of a house in Redbourn this morning.
They were called to the scene on Hemel Hempstead Road at around 9.15am and the fire was out by 10am.
One person was involved in the incident but escaped without injuries.
Redbourn Cllr Tony Swendell who drove past the fire said that smoke was billowing out of the first-floor window.
