A GARAGE went up in flames yesterday (Thursday) evening.
Firefighters from St Albans were called to the scene in Richardson Close, London Colney, at around 5.20pm and had put out the fire, which had started accidentally, within 20 minutes.
Oil and fuel had also run out of the garage and the firefighters used absorbent pads to soak up the spillage and ensure it didn’t enter the drainage system.
