Fire Breaks Out in St Albans Back Garden

ARSONISTS set alight a pile of foliage in a St Albans garden this morning (Thursday.)

Firefighters were called to the property in Beech Road at around 11.30am after builders working at a neighbouring house raised the alarm.

On arrival they found the pile of tree branches and foliage well alight but were able to put the fire out within half-an-hour.
