Yoga classes, healing bowls and an art stall will be on offer for young people during a festival that aims to relieve teen stress.
The Teen Yoga Festival will take place on August 23 at Heartwood Forest in Sandridge featuring a range of activities that aim to help teenagers relax.
On the day there will be a ‘Chill Out Zone’ encouraging youngsters to meet new faces and a t-shirt design stall. The event is being organised by Clarity Treatment - a yoga company in St Albans - and is aimed at 12 to 20 year olds.
