TWINS had a great day out when they were invited to a farm to see hundreds of newborn lambs.
Five sets of twins from Willows Farm Twins Club went to the farm village in London Colney to meet the lambs, many of which have been born during the February Frolics event which began on Saturday and finishes this Sunday.
With careful timing, Willows Farm manager Andrew Wolfe made sure that the lambs were born during half-term so that children could go along and learn about lambing.
He thought that lambing was a great chance for children to begin learning about animals and life cycles because they could watch the lambs develop in their early life.
