A PIECE of artwork depicting US President Barack Obama's face from words of his victory speech has been pasted across a billboard at Harpenden Station.
It was superimposed on a poster promoting Sky One's TV war documentary Return to Afghanistan at the entrance to the station car park.
There is no clue as to who did the drawing but it might be connected to the arrival of President Obama in London for this week's G20 Summit.
