EUROSTAR tickets will shortly be available from Harpenden and Radlett Stations to take passengers to 100 mainland destinations in Europe.

At the moment, Eurostar passengers travelling from these stations have to buy their continental tickets at St Pancras International.

Harpenden and Radlett will join the 14 existing First Capital Connect (FCC) stations - including St Albans City Station -- that offer customers seamless tickets.

There are up to 17 services a day from St Pancras International to Paris and 10 a day to Brussels. Tickets to Paris and Brussels start at £67 return.

FCC managing director Elaine Holt said: "Getting to Europe has never been more convenient by rail and we are delighted that through fares can be used at even more stations.
