Winners of Junior Dragons’ Apprentice crowned

The winners of this year’s Junior Dragons’ Apprentice have been crowned.

The overall winner was Team Dragon Fleet of Fleetville Primary School, who also won the award for most profit made.

Best presentation and most innovative business idea went to Team Dragon Destroyers from St Phillip Howard Primary, best product went to Team Draco Radio from St Michael’s Primary, best partnership with charity went to Team Amazing 8 from Ss Alban and Stephen Junior, the creativity and planning award went to Team Super St Andrews from Samuel Ryder Academy, and Samuel Ryder Academy’s Team Brainstormers won the entrepreneurial award.

The teams had six weeks to turn £50 into as much money as possible for their charity partner, by planning a variety of money-making schemes.

The successful teams have been invited to an awards evening at the University of Hertfordshire on Monday, March 19.
