Students at a local college are enjoying the experience of cooking, serving and waiting upon diners in a unique on-site restaurant, which doubles as an educational resource.
The Stables Restaurant, which is training tomorrow’s chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers, is now offering the public a sit-down lunch service from noon until 1pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and dinner on Thursday evenings during term time.
The restaurant, located at Oaklands College’s Smallford campus, Hatfield Road, has a licence to serve alcohol.
