Drone footage of a school in St Albans has captured a strong message against bullying.
More than 600 senior students at St Columba’s College (SCC) banded together on the school playground to reveal a united and clear statement: “SCC no to bullies”.
A college spokeswoman said that prefects wanted to create “an event” to raise awareness for St Columba’s anti-bullying week, and decided that spelling it out for the aerial shot was the perfect way.
Local drone company, CloudVisual, which has an office in Harpenden and uses an airstrip near St Albans to undertake flight tests and training, took the photos.
The spokeswoman added: “There was a great atmosphere – but it was a shame the weather was not better!”
