St Columba’s College in St Albans has celebrated a 100 per cent pass rate with this year’s A Level results.
Most of the students were accepted by their first choice of university with 75 per cent of pupils achieving grades A* - C grades.
A further 44 per cent attained A* - B grades and head boy, Leo Harris, will be attending Durham University after receiving two A*s.
A spokesperson for the school said: “The governors, headmaster and staff are extremely pleased with the results and would like to congratulate the students on the quality of their results, which is a testimony to their talent and hard work.
“The headmaster would also like to thank the staff whose dedication and expertise were justly rewarded.”
