CHILDREN at a St Albans nursery feel safe and are highly valued as individuals, according to their latest outstanding Ofsted report.
Wainscot House Day Nursery on Harpenden Road, close to the city centre, is celebrating the findings which said the nursery offered an exceptionally high quality of service in all areas.
Nursery proprietor Julie Prowse said: “We are thrilled that our passion for child care has been recognised. We have always strived to provide the highest quality care and education and so we are delighted with the inspection outcomes.”
The well-established nursery is located in a specially-converted Victorian house and opened in 1992.
Highlights of the report included praise for the child-centred environment which encourages children to be independent and enthusiastic learners.
