SANDRINGHAM School's GCSE records were broken once again this year with outstanding results across all subjects.
A very high proportion of students at the St Albans school gained the top A* to C grades and an exceptional number achieved the prestigious five A* to C benchmark including English and maths.
Brothers Ben and Joe Gess were two of a large group of students who achieved A* to A grades in every subject and both will now be following the International Baccalaureate programme at the school next year.
Head teacher Alan Gray said: "I am really proud of our Year 11 students who are extremely talented young people and a credit to the community. Our results this year show just what can be achieved through hard work and excellent teaching and learning. The school has made massive progress in recent years and is well on the way to achieving its aim of delivering a world class education to all.
