RECORD A-level results have been revealed by Oaklands College with 96 per cent of students passing their exams.
It works out as an increase of three percentage points over last year and in chemistry, English language, film studies, photography, graphic design, human biology and physics, students achieved 100 per cent pass rates.
Mark Dawe, principal and chief executive of the St Albans-based college, said: “I wish to congratulate the students for all their hard work and dedication and I hope that their results will help them to go on and succeed in the future.
“Our A-level Academy is going from strength to strength with a greater number of learners choosing to do their A-levels with us and more subjects on offer than ever before.”
