Building on the best-ever A Level results last week, Year 11 students at Samuel Ryder achieved record breaking GCSE results.
Headteacher Matthew Gauthier said “We are absolutely delighted with the results and delighted for the students. To achieve the best A Level results last week and follow this up with the best GCSE results this week highlights the quality teaching the students are experiencing.”
He added that Anisa Ashraf, Sam Coker, Jack Ingram, Robert Potter, Beth Pownell, Eleanor Phillips and Nathan Ward all deserve special mention for their fantastic results with a string of A*/A grades.
