Hard work has paid off for students at Sandringham School, who were ecstatic upon opening their GCSE results this morning.
The school celebrated record breaking A and A* results, with more students gaining straight A*s and As than ever before.
Joe Allen and Matthew Riding topped the scores with 12 A*s, closely followed by Kate Campbell, Harry Dunkerley and Michael Cronin with 11 straight A* grades.
Headteacher Alan Gray said: “These outstanding results are due to the significant effort of students throughout their time at Sandringham and the hard work and expertise of the teaching staff.
“I am delighted they have done so well and look forward to following their progress and success in the sixth form over the next two years.”
