Future triathletes were in the sights of a St Albans primary school which held a duathlon and scooterthon as part of their studies on the Commonwealth Games.
Primary school children at Windermere JMI took to cycling and running while younger children scooted twice round the playground and then ran half a mile.
The children were given a variety of sports to try out.
