A special delivery brought a smile to the faces of children at a St Albans infants school recently.
Bernards Heath Infant and Nursery School received a £1,500 donation from the Amazon Hemel Hempstead team as part of the local fulfilment centre’s community support programme.
The school will use the donation to help grow its literacy programme and plans to purchase books, CDs and gadgets with the funds.
Headteacher Mrs Hannah Rimmer said: “It’s brilliant to get such great support from a local business like Amazon.”
