A-LEVEL results at St Albans Girls School (STAGS) have been declared excellent.
In a year when university places are very tight, a significant majority of students secured their places.
Particular high flyers included Jennifer Crask who gained five A-levels and Genevieve Allcroft, Abigail Dunn, Emma Francombe and Tom Oakley, all of whom gained four A*/A grades. Many others obtained three A*/A grades.
Head Chris Murrell said: “Students and staff have worked hard and long to achieve these well-deserved results and we are all thrilled that students will be able to move on to a successful future.”
