Three girls at St Albans High School for Girls celebrate their A-Level results this morning

St Albans High School for Girls students celebrated dazzling A-Level results this morning, with 91% of all grades A*/B.

The school were also pleased to report that 33 girls scored A*/A across the board.

Headmistress Mrs Rosemary Martin said: “I am extremely proud to see that through their dedication and enthusiasm for learning, so many students achieve at such a high level.

“These results are especially rewarding given the government’s warning of ‘volatility’. I am delighted that this will enable so many of them to progress to their first choice university.”
