STAFF from St Albans High School for Girls are “extremely proud” of its students following the release of this year’s A-level results.
Ninety-seven per cent of pupils from the school, in Wheathamstead, will be heading to their chosen universities after receiving good news this morning, Thursday August 16.
And the success didn’t stop there with an “outstanding” number of bright youngsters achieving A* and A grades.
Headmistress Rosemary Martin said: “I am thrilled to see our girls’ dedicated hard work so richly rewarded, and to see so many of them advancing to their first choice universities.”
