PUPILS from Beaumont School in St Albans were made-up this morning after opening their “superb” A-level results.
Staff from the school, in Oakwood Drive, applauded the sixth formers for working so hard to reach “ambitious targets”.
One student, Ellie Mestel, achieved an impressive five A* grades.
Headteacher Elizabeth Hitch, who thanked all staff and parents for their support, said: “We wish all our leavers the very best for their future at university or in employment and ask that they keep in touch to let us know how they get on in their next steps.”
