OUTSTANDING A-level results have been announced at Loreto College in St Albans.
Following the results, which the school called “superb”, many Loreto girls will now take up places at some of the UK’s top universities including Exeter, Cambridge, Oxford and York.
Headteacher Maire Lynch sent a special well done to twins Maria and Monica Hemaya, both of whom achieved straight A* and A grades and enabling them to study medicine.
She congratulated all of the Year 13’s on their “well-deserved” success and expressed her thanks to parents and students for their hard work, adding: “I am thrilled for students and their families, these are some of our best ever A-level results.”
