A TEDDY bear had plenty of bidders when homeless charity Emmaus put him on the online shopping site Ebay to raise cash for their Hill End Lane, St Albans, operation.
Bare Bear, as he had been called by the Emmaus community, eventually went for £67.
Emmaus offers homeless people somewhere to live and gives them work in the charity's furniture business. The furniture, which is donated by the public and restored by Emmaus, is sold on Ebay.
