ANOTHER morning of disruptions hit First Capital Connect (FCC) passengers this morning, with delays of up to 40 minutes on the northbound Thameslink route.

Trains were reduced to every half an hour from Brighton to Bedford due to three signal failures south of Purley.

Delays are expected to continue up until 1pm.

FCC have declassified first class carriages to create more space for travellers.
