A CYCLIST on the hard shoulder of the M1 motorway caused traffic tailbacks on the M1 motorway this morning.
He was spotted on the southbound carriageway between Junctions 10 at Luton Airport and Junction 9 at Friars Wash, Redbourn, at around 8am.
Police spoke to the cyclist who had left the motorway by 8.30am.
