Between December 13 and 29, 2020 harassed a woman at Welwyn Garden City by sending her unwanted gifts, numerous text messages and telephone calls and attended her home address. Ordered to pay victim services £22 and court costs £620. Restraining order made.

Billy Langdown: 28, of Bramble Close, Harpenden. Between August 7 and September 19 stole money belonging to Craft and Clever. Ordered to pay compensation £1,530, victim services £95 and court costs £85. Community order made – unpaid work requirement.

Ryan Young: 36, of Potters Field, St Albans. On August 30 drove a black Mazda on North Orbital Road, St Albans when there was a proportion of cocaine in his blood. He was also in possession of a quantity of diazepam. Young drove without due care and attention in that he drove the vehicle whilst it had two flat tyres causing him to swerve and veer onto the other side of the road. Fined £200 plus victim services £34 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 15 months.

Sascha Wittig: 23, of High Street, St Albans. On February 14, 2020 drove a BMW and failed to stop at a red traffic light at the junction of Beechen Grove and Lower High Street, Watford. Fined £130 plus ordered to pay victim services £32 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months.

Jason Tracey: 48, of Bricket Road, St Albans. On October 16 stole a bottle of Captain Morgan’s from Tesco, St Albans. Fined £100 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £200.

Alexander Johnson: 39, of Newgate Close, St Albans. On May 12, 2021 failed to pay for a taxi journey from Tooley Street, London to Newgate Close, St Albans. On December 1, 2021 failed to pay for a taxi journey from Charing Cross Road, London to Newgate Close, St Albans. On February 20, 2022 failed to pay for a taxi journey from Liverpool Street train station to Newgate Close, St Albans. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order by North West London Magistrates Court on November 25, 2020 for an offence of driving whilst disqualified. Fined £100 plus compensation £137. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 2 years.

Charlene Hall: 36, of Melbourne Close, St Albans. On April 1, 2020 drove an Audi on Holywell Hill, St Albans while over the drink drive limit. Hall had 188 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £300. Sam Harris: 27, of St Peters Road, St Albans. Between September 9 and November 11 was in possession of a quantity of cannabis. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £85.

Paul Bailey: 57, of Colney Heath Lane, St Albans. On February 26 assaulted a police officer at St Albans by beating him. Fined £833 plus ordered to pay victim services £83 and court costs £85.

Kieran Hall: 22, of St Annes Road, London Colney. On February 27 harassed a person at Welwyn Garden City. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £85.

Michael Doody: 37, of Alexander Road, London Colney. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on July 29, Doody failed to attend appointments and make contact. Ordered to pay court costs £85. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 24 months.
