On September 7 failed to surrender to custody at West and Central Hertfordshire Magistrates Court having been released on bail. Fined £360 plus victim services £36 and court costs £85. On November 11 drove a Volkswagen Golf on Theobald Street, Borehamwood while disqualified from driving and without no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £600 plus victim services £128 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 58 months. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 weeks.

Alexander Holmes: 36, of Colindale Avenue, St Albans. On January 21, 2021 drove a Volkswagen on Crackley Meadow, Hemel Hempstead without due care and attention, an accident occurred and damaged was caused to a Fiat Fiorino, Holmes failed to stop. Fined £750 plus victim services £75 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
