POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist from Radlett was seriously injured in an accident on Sunday.

The 40-year-old victim was riding his Honda Hornet along the A41 North Western Avenue in Watford towards London, at around 5.45pm when he hit the kerb at the junction with Colne Way.

That caused him to collide with a road sign and two cars, a white Renault Kangoo and a blue Ford Focus.

He suffered multiple injuries and was taken to Watford General Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
