A car crash on a busy St Albans road is causing travel chaos ahead of rush hour.
A spokeswoman for Herts Police confirmed officers were called to reports of a collision in Sandridge Road at 3.50pm, after a man crashed his Mercedes S340.
Officers are still on the scene.
