A MOTORCYCLIST was trapped underneath a car yesterday evening (Monday) following a road accident.
The incident happened on the A405 in Chiswell Green, outside the Noke Hotel, at around 6.30pm and involved a blue-and-white Suzuki motorbike and a silver Peugeot 206.
The motorcyclist, a man from Luton, was taken to Watford General Hospital with leg and arm injuries where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said that two ambulances and voluntary accident and emergency consultant, Dr David Gaunt, attended the incident.
