Scott Cooper: 30, of White Hedge Drive, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 150 hours unpaid community work and pay £325 costs after being found in possession of three bags of cannabis with intent to supply, in St Albans on October 27.
Simeon Dacre: 35, of Langley Grove, Sandridge, was made subject to a curfew from 8pm-7am for six weeks and ordered to pay £295 costs, after being found in possession of criminal property, namely a Lloyds Mastercard credit card, at Hatfield on August 14, and stealing a sandwich worth £2.20 from the Co-op in Hatfield on October 13, stealing four cans of Stella Artois worth £4 from the Co-op in Hatfield on August 25 and a similar amount later the same day.
Megan Eaglesfield: 23, of Russet Drive, St Albans, was made subject to an exclusion order preventing her from entering B&M Stores in Hemel Hempstead for 12 months, and was ordered to pay £127.94 compensation and £325 costs after stealing DVDs worth £39.98 belonging to HMV stores at Watford on July 22, and DVDs worth £87.96 belonging to HMW stores at Watford on July 23, plus three boxes of chocolate worth £56.62 belonging to B&M Stores in Hemel on November 15.
Janine Brooks: 26, of Bardwell Court, St Albans, was committed to prison for 14 days and ordered to pay £27 compensation and £230 costs after stealing a fragrance gift set worth £27 from Superdrug in St Albans on December 2.
John Gilmartin: 59, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £260 costs after stealing a Prada handbag in St Albans on December 4.
Cheden Lang: 19, of Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, was fined £100 plus £5 compensation and £255 costs after stealing sandwiches from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on October 28, and failing to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates Court on November 30.
Viorel Anghueluta: 66, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for eight months, ordered to pay costs of £1,080, and was made subject to two separate and indefinite restraining orders after sexually assaulting two different women aged over 16 in St Albans on October 20.
Shamimara Ali: 34, of Ennerdale Close, St Albans, was fined £595 plus £118 costs after dishonestly claiming housing benefit and council take benefit from St Albans district council on December 11 2009, and income support and housing benefit from the Department of Work and Pensions on September 15 2014.
Julian Wallace: 44. of Birchwood, Shenley, was fined £210 plus £106 costs and awarded four penalty points after speeding along the 30mph Well End Road at Borehamwood on June 27.
Rebecca Elite: 30, of Pippin Close, Shenley, was fined £160 plus £255 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along 30mph Grace Way, Stevenage, on April 17.
Gareth Hatzer: 36, of Cyro Park, Frogmore, was fined £215 plus £256 and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, St Albans, on April 18.
Dominic Mooney: 29, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was fined £310 plus £266 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding in excess of 70mph along the A414 Park Street, St Albans, on May 1.
Jalaleddine Elbzioui: 38, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on February 6.
Michael Connors: 57, of House Lane, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £105 costs after driving without a seatbelt along the A1(M) northbound between J1-2 at Welham Green on March 13.
Darryl Preedy: 19, of Cockle Way, Shenley, was fined £220 plus £107 costs after speeding at 36mph along the 30mph Shenley Road, Borehamwood, on January 13.
Yu He: 27, trading as Chi Chinese Cuisine, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and was fined £220 plus £257 costs after speeding in excess of 30mph along the A5135 Elstree Way at Borehamwood on May 8.
Gavin Lendon: 48, of Lords Meadow, Redbourn, was fined £120 plus £255 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 37mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on April 21.
