Michael Allen: 55, of Ravenscroft, Harpenden, was fined £133 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph in a Volkswagen Golf along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on November 19.

Michael Boylan: 28, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, was fined £1,100 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for driving a Volkswagen Caddy along Otterspool Way, Watford, on November 5 without an MOT and with worn tyres.

Tara Gooding: 45, of Avian Avenue, Frogmore, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 39mph in a Mercedes-Benz B200 Sport along the 30mph Shenley Road, near Meadow Road, Borehamwood, on October 20.

Charles Esene: 44, of Hornbeams, Bricket Wood, was fined £1,038 plus £300 costs and £103 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to identify the motorist using his Audi A6 when it was involved in speeding at 42mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, St Albans, on September 15, as ordered by Herts police at Stevenage on December 21.

Charlene Bowers: 27, of Ver Meadows caravan site, Redbourn, was banned from driving for 21 months and ordered to pay £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a BMW X5 along Harpenden High Street on April 8 having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in her breath was 84mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.

Richard Blake: 39, of Beechwood Park, Markyate, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Vauxhall Vivaro with faulty front lights along Hicks Road, St Albans, on November 2.

John Cash: 27, of Ver Meadows caravan site, Redbourn, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a BMW 320D M Sport along Harpenden High Street on November 11 while using a handheld mobile phone.

Ruiler Chaves: 32, of Mercers Row, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to identify the motorist using his Smart car when it was involved in speeding at 30mph along the 30mph B405 Chesham Road, south-west of Hyde Lane, Bovingdon, on December 12, as ordered by Herts police at Stevenage on January 17.

Nathan Dolan: 20, of Topstreet Way, Harpenden, was fined £300 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Renault Clio without insurance along Green Lanes, Hatfield, on November 8.

Luke Connell: 18, of Noke Shot, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Volkswagen Polo without insurance along the A1081 London Road, Harpenden, on November 15, and a further £73 for not displaying L plates or having a qualified supervisor in the passenger seat.

Kevin Mudd: 51, of Harper Lane, Radlett, was fined £135 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for speeding at 51mph in a Nissan Navara along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, St Albans, on December 5.

Michael Nelson: 28, of Hemel Hempstead Road, Redbourn, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalt points for driving a Ford Ecosport Titanium S without insurance along Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead, on November 12, and a further £220 for not displaying L plates or having a qualified supervisor in the passenger seat.

Munyaradzi Pasinawako: 49, of Lemsford Road, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving an Audi A2 without insurance along Holywell Hill, St Albans, on November 9.

Jane Pavey: 50, of Pickford Hill, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 39mph in a Nissan Qashqai Acenta along the 30mph B487 Redbourn Lane, east of Broad Oaks Close, Hatching Green, Harpenden, on November 8.

Martin Sabo: 36, of Phoenix Court, London Colney, was fined £133 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph in a Citroen Relay along the 30mph A5135 Elstree Way, east of Manor Way, Borehamwood, on December 7.

Tom Williams: 48, of Kingcroft Road, Harpenden, was fined £100 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 34mph in a Mazda Premacy along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on December 26.
