Laura Spinks: 44, of Westfields, St Albans, was disqualified from driving for 14 months, and fined £80 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 45mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Central Drive, St Albans, on March 27.
Dina Abdaless: 42, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was banned from driving for 13 months and fined £138 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 42mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, on the A414 North Orbital Road, St Albans, on March 26.
Russell Ginder: 30, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £240 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 62mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, and driving without insurance, in Waddington Road, St Albans, on April 18.
Arthur Gillespie: 54, of London Road, Shenley, was fined £1,230 plus £208 costs and was banned from driving for 28 days after speeding at 80mph along the M25 between J20-19 when a temporary 50mph speed limit was in place on July 17.
Anne Lonie: 47, of Manor Road, St Albans, was fined £294 plus £115 costs and awarded five penalty points after driving without due care and attention in Harpenden Road, St Albans, on October 6.
Adam Nazar: 26, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £675 plus £154 costs after driving without insurance in Cairns Close, St Albans, on July 6.
Matthew Davies: 37, of Cravells Road, Harpenden, was fined £293 plus £115 costs and awarded four penalty points after speeding at 67mph along the M25 between J6A-7 when a 50mph temporary speed limit was in place on October 9.
Damon Iacovone: 27, of High Oaks, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £100 compensation and £115 costs after assaulting a police constable in the execution of duty, in St Albans on April 15.
Jamie Wilding: 27, of Pickford Hill, Harpenden, was fined £530 plus £500 compensation and £253 costs after assaulting two women by beating in Harpenden on October 24.
Linda Lee: 19, of Oliver Close, Park Street, was committed to detention in a young offenders institution for 14 days and ordered to pay £115 costs after stealing perfume worth £167 from Boots in St Albans on April 15.
Justin Sycamore: 38, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay £242.98 compensation after stealing speakers and iPhone cables from Vodafone in St Albans on March 9 and 11, Lego mini-figures worth £84.98 from Cuthberts Toy Shop on March 18, clothes from TK Maxx in St Albans on March 20, two Karcher window cleaners worth £80 from Wilkinsons in St Albans on April 18, multiple items of children’s clothing worth £90.50 from Matalan in St Albans on April 7, and dishonestly using a bank card to make a gain, namely the sum of £29, in Borehamwood on February 14.
Myriam Traore: 41, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £9 compensation after stealing vodka from St Albans on April 3.
Steven Hill: 38, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £200 costs after trespassing on the railway and obstructing an engine at Park Street Station on December 2.
Debbie Lavelle: 50, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work and ordered to pay £170 after failing to declare full and accurate details of her capital in order to obtain housing and council tax benefit, in St Albans on June 21 2012.
