Tayyab Mushtaq: 43, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £230 plus £115 costs after using racially aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, at St Albans on August 12.

Lawrence Clark: 18, of Claudian Place, St Albans, was ordered to attend 30 days of rehabilitation activity sessions and was fined £120 plus £170 costs after being found in possession of a large bag of cannabis and a lock knife in London Road, St Albans, on May 31.

Babeeta Taukoor: 42, of Brooke End, Redbourn, was fined £350 plus £115 costs and awarded seven penalty points for failing to stop after an accident where damage was caused to another vehicle, in Lybury Lane, Redbourn, on March 3, or reporting the accident at a police station within 24 hours, and was fined a further £235 for driving without due care and attention.

Natalie Farrance: 27, of Cutmore Drive, Colney Heath, was fined £40 plus £105 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding in excess of 30mph along the A1057 Hatfield Road, east of Beechwood Avenue, St Albans, on January 20.

Sophie Armour: 29, of Porters Hill, Harpenden, was banned from driving for 12 months due to repeat offending, and fined £660 plus £151 costs after driving without insurance in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on December 23.

William Barney: 55, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £300 plus £115 costs and awarded five penalty points for speeding in excess of 30mph along Farley Hill, Luton, on May 6.

Militiadis Papaphotis: 60, of Page Place, Frogmore, was fined £65 plus £20 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 43mph along the 30mph Aldenham Road in Bushey on December 29.

Ahmed Ahmed: 20, of Davys Close, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £166 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance in Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, on December 14.

Helen Ansell: 36, of Fairhaven, Park Street, was fined £330 plus £153 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between May 9 and June 10.

Nicholas Clark: 43, of Shotfield Close, Sandridge, was fined £220 plus £142 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address between March 25 and April 2.

Sophie Coombs: 26, of Mandeville Drive, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £90 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on June 6.

Rebeka Day: 28, of Berners Drive, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £150 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on June 7.

Charlene Hardey: 28, of Mortimer Crescent, Kings Park, St Albans, was fined £330 plus £153 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on May 25.

Janet Johnson: 51, of Chalkdell Fields, St Albans, was fined £550 plus £175 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address between May 10 and June 11.

Melanie Jones: 26, of Grovelands, Park Street, was fined £265 plus £150 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address between May 30 and June 10.

Tanya Poulton: 35, of Springfield Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £150 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on April 29.

Mitchell Tull: 25, of Allen Close, Wheathampstead, was fined £220 plus £142 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address between March 1 and April 2.

Jasmine Brennan: 21, of Birchwood Way, Park Street, was fined £40 plus £80 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on September 6.

Bill Edwards: of Ver Meadows Caravan Site, Redbourn, was fined £220 plus £38.34 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely the A414 Breakspear Way at Hemel Hempstead, on June 2.

Danielle Evangelou: 24, of Furse Avenue, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £136.25 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Bishopscote Road, Luton, on June 14.

Robert Stacey: of Church Croft, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £90 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely the A414 Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, on June 2.
