George Barrett: 55, of Beeching Close, Harpenden, was fined £800 plus £331.94 compensation and £165 costs after failing to make due payments for fuel obtained, having completed ‘no means to pay’ forms on all occasions, intending to make a gain of £331.94 in fuel for himself, between May 29 2011 and December 12 2015.
Christopher Brady: 24, of Cagepond Road, Shenley, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 costs after damaging a ceramic bowl worth £50 in Shenley on May 31.
Roisin Oregan: 19, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 costs after destroying by fire a pair of curtains and furnishings worth £300 in St Albans on June 30.
Marcus Mainwaring: 71, of Belmont Hill, St Albans, was fined £140 plus £100 compensation and £115 costs after assaulting a police constable and a community support officer in the execution of their duty, in St Albans on June 2, and was fined a further £50 for stealing two bottles of wine worth £8.65 from Tesco in St Albans and another £40 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, on the same date and at the same location.
Gareth Dickens: 23, of Thompson Close, Harpenden, was made subject to a restraining order until February 17 2017, and was fined £175 plus £115 costs after assaulting a woman by beating at St Albans on July 26.
Eleonora Gorova: 32, of Amenbury Lane, Harpenden, was fined £225 plus £107 costs and awarded five penalty points after failing to stop following an accident in which damage was caused to another vehicle, at the A414 St Albans roundabout on February 11, and then failing to report the accident within 24 hours. She was fined a further £120 for driving without due care and attention on the same date and location.
Charles Pritchard: 22, of Hammers Gate, St Albans, was fined £500 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after driving with worn tyres on the M1 southbound between J5-4 on December 17.
Robert Macfarlane: 55, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points after failing to provide information relating to the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, in Stevenage between January 20 and February 16.
Benjamin Baptiste: 30, of Buttermere Close, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months and fined £880 plus £151 costs after driving without insurance or a licence in Buttermere Close, St Albans, on December 2.
Daniel Scott: 35, of Coombes Road, London Colney, was banned from driving for 56 days and fined £500 plus £135 costs after speeding at 63mph along the 30mph A5185 Frogmore in St Albans on December 3.
Joseph Suresh: 45, of Longfield Road, Harpenden, was ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid community work, was banned from driving for 25 months, and instructed to pay costs of £170 after giving a breath specimen of 99mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Station Road, Harpenden, on August 10.
Bill Edwards: of Ver Meadows Caravan Site, Redbourn, was fined £660 plus £262.92 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely the A405 North Orbital Road, St Albans, on April 13.
Neville Henry: 55, of Park Street Lane, Park Street, was fined £660 plus £1,167.09 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Camp Road, St Albans, on March 21.
