John Mason: 61, of George Street, Markyate, was fined £180 plus £500 compensation and £320 costs after causing £520 damage to a Land Rover Discovery at Markyate on November 8.

Isotta Guttadauro: 49, of Swallow Lane, St Albans, was fined £108 plus £54 compensation and £115 costs for damaging garden furniture and plants in St Albans on May 7, and was fined a further £54 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, on the same date.

James Bierman: 35, of Melbourne Close, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £5.70 compensation and £147 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Harpenden railway station on March 8.

Matthew Gonzales: 29, of High Street, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid community work and £145 costs after being found in possession of 79.92g of cannabis with intent to supply, in Jewell Court, Watford, on March 1.

Tomacz Kraczek: 20, of Dellfield, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £115 costs after being found in possession of a large knife and a small amount of cannabis in Wheathampstead High Street on May 14.

Kane Pope: 21, of Green Lane, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving through a red light at Comet Way at its junction with Cavendish Way, Hatfield, on November 4.

Ian Allen: 39, of Hazelwood Drive, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage between December 7 and January 3.

Ann Connors: 50, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage between November 23 and December 20.

Marcus Deans: 40, of Highfield Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £107 costs after speeding at 54mph along the M25 J18-17 when a 40mph speed limit was in place, on November 16.

Leo Gibbon: 25, of Townsend Drive, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, St Albans, on November 15.

Wayne Gold: 55, of Oakridge Avenue, Radlett, was fined £293 plus £114 costs and awarded five penalty points after speeding at 50mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore at St Albans on November 11.

Howard Brown: 55, of Craigmount, Radlett, was fined £40 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, on November 14.

Alexandru Portarescu: 28, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance along the Watford Road at St Albans on November 11.

Harry Ray: 27, of Birchwood, Shenley, was fined £160 plus £105 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance on an MOT along Potters Lane, Shenley, on November 11.

Sara Reid: 47, of Brampton Road, St Albans, was fined £507 plus £135 costs and was awarded six penalty points for speeding at 82mph along the M25 between J18-17 when a 50mph speed limit was in force, on November 16.

Billy Small: 19, of Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, was fined £880 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance or a licence along Grove Road, Harpenden, on November 13.

Ross Ypey: 35, of Roman Way, Markyate, was fined £244 plus £109 costs and was awarded six penalty points after speeding at 76mph on the M25 between J23-24 when a 50mph speed limit was in force on November 15.

James Sterling: 38, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £107 costs for driving with an expired licence in Breakspear Avenue, St Albans, on November 10.

Simon Wade: 41, of Cunningham Avenue, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance along the A414 North Orbital Road at St Albans on November 9.

Gino Marotta: 46, of Stanley Avenue, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £80 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of a motorist using his vehicle when it was guilty of an offence on June 23 in London.

Kisnah Aurmoogum: 57, of Richard Stagg Close, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £105 costs and awarded five penalty points for speeding at 68mph along the M25 between J23-24 when a 50mph speed limit was in place on November 15.
