Gennavieve Davies: 23, of High Street, London Colney, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £320 plus £232 costs after giving a breath specimen of 82mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Southdown Road, St Albans, on December 10.
Smail El-Amrouchi: 18, of Maple Avenue, St Albans, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £120 plus £105 costs after being found with 2.6mcg of cannabis per litre of blood, in Valley Road, St Albans, on January 18.
Peter Bradbury: 45, of Piggotshill Lane, Harpenden, was fined £155 plus £220 costs and awarded three penalty points after driving without due care and attention along the A1081 St Albans Road at Harpenden on September 4, turning into the path of a motorcycle and colliding with the vehicle, casuing the driver to be dismounted and sustain bruising and damage to the bike.
Kathrina Reilly: 27, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months and fined £660 plus £151 costs after driving without insurance in Hatfield Road, St Albans, on August 25.
Terry Olton: 38, of Masefield Road, Harpenden, was fined £440 and ordered to pay £75 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Derwent Road, Luton, on February 5.
John Rees: 41, of Perham Way, London Colney, was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £145 costs after damaging a freezer door and assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty in London Colney on April 4.
Patrick Cash: 23, of High Street, Kimpton, was ordered to carry out 180 hours unpaid community work and pay £310 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a fear of immediate unlawful violence, at Harpenden railway station on December 12.
Keith McGuire: 44, of Saxon Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £120 plus £115 costs after assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty, at Wheathampstead on May 19.
William Vesey: 22, of Woodland Drive, St Albans, was fined £73 plus £105 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, at St Albans on April 2.
Cory-Ethan Ballard: 19, of Richardson Place, Colney Heath, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs after being found in possession of a small amount of cannabis at St Albans on December 30.
Dylan Cattermole: 22, of The Parade, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs after being found in possession of a small amount of cannabis at St Albans on December 30.
Roman Suchanek: 33, of Walshingham Way, London Colney, was ordered to carry out 600 hours unpaid community work and pay £174 compensation and £145 costs after stealing alcohol from Waitrose in St Albans on April 5 and 13, three bottles of whiskey worth £120 from Asda in Hemel Hempstead on April 3, and three bottles of spirits worth £81 from Tesco in St Peter’s Street, St Albans, on May 4.
Marcin Machanlinski: 32, of St Leonard’s Crescent, St Albans, was fined £160 plus £105 costs for stealing six bottles of wine worth £35.91 from Asda at Hatfield on May 20, and failing to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on June 5.
