Mark Smith: 37, of Shotfield Close, Sandridge, was fined £440 plus £164 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on October 19.

Babli Talukder: 28, of Norris Close, London Colney, was fined £220 plus £144 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on August 8.

Julie Whiteaker: 31, of Nurseries Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £440 plus £164 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address between August 19 and October 20.

Jason Clark: 30, of Maynard Drive, St Albans, was fined £90 plus £20 costs after being found in possession of a small amount of cannabis at Hatfield on September 30.

Gaylord Mupamhanga: 37, of London Road, St Albans, was ordered to attend 30 Building Better Relationships sessions, pay £500 compensation and £145 costs after assaulting a woman by beating in St Albans on January 10.

Ulga Corduneanu: 29, of Lambourn Gardens, Harpenden, was fined £80 plus £105 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding at 50mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on May 27.

Adams Stevens: 24, of Summerfield Close, London Colney, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £400 plus £115 costs after driving without insurance and a licence in High Street, London Colney, on July 16.

David Wright: 46, of Coleswood Road, Harpenden, was fined £145 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 36mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on May 30.

John Whelan: 41, of Cowper Rise, Markyate, was fined £300 plus £115 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving while disqualified and without insurance between J22-21A of the M25 at Bricket Wood on November 21.

Michael Waller: 32, of Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph Grace Way at Stevenage on April 15.

Krystian Buchert: 21, of Waverley Road, St Albans, was fined £440 plus £129 costs and awarded five penalty points for driving without due care and attention on Townsend Road, St Albans, at its junction with the A1081 Harpenden Road, pulling out of a side road into the path of the cyclist and causing him to go over the bonnet of his vehicle, sustaining slight injuries as a result.

Michael Axford: 57, of Sopwell Lane, St Albans, was fined £60 plus £170 costs and awarded three penalty points for being in a position whereby he could not have proper control of his vehicle because he was holding a mobile phone in his right hand, in London Road, St Albans, on April 11.

Adam Aliousalah: 22, of New Kent Road, St Albans, was fined £75 plus £81 compensation and £105 costs after stealing an iPod in St Albans on December 23.

Paul Niven: 34, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was committed to prison for eight weeks and ordered to pay £21 compensation and £80 costs after stealing a charity poppy collection box from the Red House doctors’ surgery in Radlett on November 6.

Deborah Kirk: 44, of Gorham Drive, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £50 costs after stealing two YSL gift boxes worth £50 belonging to Boots stores in St Albans on December 22.

Richard Nicklin: 42, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £70 costs after stealing a red and black storm jacket, worth £19.99, from The Children’s Society charity shop in St Albans on January 23.

Jason Quinn: 45, of Leycroft Way, Harpenden, was fined £330 plus £13.90 compensation and £198 costs after receiving an unused ticket and intending to use it to travel on the railway despite it not being a ticket which permits transfer, entering a train without a valid ticket at St Albans station, and giving a false address to an officer of a railway company, all at St Albans on October 12.

Fiona Harmer: 21, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £4 compensation and £147 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on September 21.

Allal Hmidouche: 27, of Marshalls Avenue, St Albans, was fined £255 plus £12 compensation and £170 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Harpenden station on September 22 and giving a false name and address to an officer of a railway company.

Leah Caris: 23, of St Albans Road, St Albans, was fined £150 plus £11.50 compensation and was fined £145 costs after entering a train without a valid ticket entitling her to travel, en route near St Albans on August 3.

Kelly Cross: 30, of Green Lane, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £100 compensation and £105 costs after damaging a communal door belonging to St Albans district council on February 4.
