Clive Lintill: 58, of Shenley Lane, Napsbury, was banned from driving for 23 months and fined £635 plus £298 costs after giving a breath specimen of 92mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in St Annes Road, London Colney, on September 27.

Jane Gathard: 54, of Dammersey Close, Markyate, was fined £300 plus £265 costs and was banned from driving for 14 months after giving a breath specimen of 53mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Flaunden Lane, Hemel Hempstead, on August 17.

Peter Edwards: 65, of Cagepond Road, Shenley, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £120 plus £255 costs after giving a breath specimen of 68mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Green Street, Borehamwood, on October 9.

Jacl Bush: 32, of Milford Close, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £240 costs after sending an email which conveyed a threat for the purppose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient on or between August 8-10 at St Albans.

Paul Lee: 38, of Pickford Hill, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £305 costs for assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty, at St Albans on October 3.

David Garland: 54, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £255 costs after being drunk and disorderly in London Road, St Albans, on September 17, and failing to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on October 6.

Tracy Hardway: 46, of Wickets End, Shenley, was fined £350 plus £2000 compensation and £285 costs and was ordered to keep her Staffordshire bull terrier dog Lilah muzzled in public after it was dangerously out of control in Porters Park Drive and Wickets End, Shenley, and caused injury to a member of the public and a police constable, on September 11.

Anthony Charlton: 29, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans, was placed under a curfew from 6pm-8am daily for 12 weeks, and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £370 costs for damaging a front entrance door lock and forcing entry to the premises at Albury on March 19, and assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Harlow on the same date. He was also ordered to pay £150 costs for wilfully obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty at St Albans on September 6.

Andrew Niven: 37, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was fined £20 plus £85 costs for failing to attend a drug rehabilitation group work session on September 18 and 21.

Colin Thornton: 44, of Wilshere Avenue, St Albans, was fined £508 plus £105 costs after being found in possession of eight wraps of heroin and two wraps of cocaine in St Albans on August 20, plus six wraps of heroin and two wraps of cocaine in St Albans on August 24.

Angela Cooper: 41, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was committed to prison for three weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £315 costs after stealing wine and food worth £15.74 from the Co-Op in London Colney on October 25.

Tom Davies: 35, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for 12 months, and pay £508.98 compensation and £325 costs after stealing a pedal cycle worth £300 in Welwyn Garden City on April 3, a bottle of Frosty Jack cider worth £34.49 from One Stop stores in WGC on April 26, and a second bottle of the same from One Stop stores in WGC on April 30, plus toiletries worth £22.27 from Boots in St Albans on July 30, and a handbag from the staff-only area of Cath Kidston in St Albans on September 1.

David Adande: 52, of Sandridge Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A5136 Elstree Way at Borehamwood on March 14.

Simon George: 45, of Holly Walk, Harpendne, was fined £80 plus £105 costs and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on March 13.

Vertil Alexander: 53, of Claremont, Bricket Wood, was fined £180 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving with a worn tyre and without an MOT along Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on March 10.

Amy Samson: 33, of London Road, Shenley, was fined £80 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding in excess of 30mph along the A411 London Road, Bushey, on February 12.

Ned Connors: 51, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, was fined £660 plus £266 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to reveal the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence in St Albans, between February 13 and March 13.

Stephen Garside: 38, of Old Watford Road, Bricket Wood, was fined £147 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A412 St Albans Road, Watford, on March 10.

Lisa Fitzgerald: 46, of The Ridgeway, St Albans, was banned from driving for 28 days, and fined £700 plus £155 costs for speeding at 79mph along the M25 between J18-17 when there was a 50mph temporary speed limit in force, on February 20.

Becky Dancer: 29, of Hickling Way, Harpenden, was fined £40 plus £13.90 compensation and £230 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Harpenden station on June 7.
